Upon entering the building to attempt to extinguish the fire, they found the body of a woman, wrapped in a rug, abandoned on the floor. Police had one suspect in mind but with no physical evidence tying him to the crime, they couldn't make an arrest. Fourteen years later, the cold case had a major breakthrough that brought the killer to justice.
